Welcome to SMB888. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and SMB888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the SMB888 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

SMB888 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform targeting adult users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. Our services include, but are not limited to, casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, esports wagering, lottery-style games, and arcade titles.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the SMB888 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

The following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below throughout this Agreement:

To be eligible to register and maintain an SMB888 Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. SMB888 does not permit gambling by individuals under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, employee, or proxy for any third party.
• You do not have an existing SMB888 Account that has been suspended or permanently closed by the Company.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of SMB888 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not under any form of self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion order on the Platform or any third-party problem gambling register.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the law of your jurisdiction.

Providing false information during registration — including misrepresentation of age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. SMB888 shall be entitled to void all wagers, forfeit all associated funds, and permanently close any Account found to have been opened fraudulently.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the SMB888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. SMB888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

By accessing and using the SMB888 Platform, you agree to comply with the following usage conditions at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers, or other software to interact with the Platform without prior written consent from SMB888.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any SMB888 software or system.
• You will not engage in any activity intended to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• You accept that all gaming outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology and are subject to the published RTP percentages for each game.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that SMB888 does not guarantee any winnings or profits.
• You will not use the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair judgement or decision-making.

SMB888 reserves the right to monitor activity on the Platform, including wagering patterns, login locations, and device fingerprints, for the purposes of fraud prevention, compliance, and responsible gambling enforcement.

SMB888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC / USDT) through the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, and FPX. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed at the time of transaction and may be subject to change.

Deposits:

• Deposits must be funded from a payment source registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• SMB888 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via money transfer services not listed on the Platform.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Members who have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests delayed or withheld pending document submission.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the SMB888 Account. SMB888 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The Company targets processing of most withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval for MYR transactions via DuitNow and FPX. Processing times for cryptocurrency withdrawals may vary based on network conditions.
• SMB888 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds, which may result in extended processing times.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

SMB888 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, VIP rewards, and other limited-time offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• One bonus per Member: Each Member is entitled to claim a specific promotional offer once only, unless otherwise stated. SMB888 actively monitors for bonus abuse across accounts.
• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "35x") applied to the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 35x requirement means the Member must wager a total of RM3,500 before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods as specified per promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Minimum deposit: Promotional bonuses may require a minimum deposit in MYR (e.g., RM30 or RM50) to activate. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger the bonus.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Certain bonuses may carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from that bonus. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the specific promotion terms.

SMB888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Suspected bonus abuse — including, without limitation, low-risk wagering strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements — may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SMB888 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud SMB888 or other Members, including through misrepresentation, identity fraud, use of stolen payment instruments, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Use of the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair outcome in any game, particularly in poker or live game formats.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or controlling more than one Account on the Platform.
• Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software that interacts with the Platform without authorisation.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing differences across markets in a manner inconsistent with recreational wagering, resulting in guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, including sharing login credentials or permitting a third party to place wagers on your behalf.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at SMB888 staff or other Members through any channel.

All content on the SMB888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface designs, logos, brand assets, game content, software code, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary property of SMB888 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SMB888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from SMB888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SMB888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, data loss, or platform downtime, including during critical gaming sessions or withdrawal processing.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SMB888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

SMB888 is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts can be configured to notify Members of the duration of their active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The Account is inaccessible for gaming during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply for long-term or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in full suspension of gaming access. Self-excluded Members will not receive marketing communications from SMB888 during the exclusion period.

SMB888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable supplementary rules.
• Submission of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• Member's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligation requiring suspension or closure.

Upon permanent closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not due to breach), SMB888 will return the Member's verified Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) via the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the SMB888 Platform — including game outcomes, withdrawal processing, bonus terms, or account decisions — you should contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected].

SMB888 operates an internal dispute resolution process and undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. During any open dispute, the Company reserves the right to temporarily withhold relevant funds pending the outcome of the investigation.

In relation to game outcome disputes, the Company's gaming system logs shall serve as the primary authoritative record. Where technical malfunctions are confirmed to have affected a game outcome, the Company reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the relevant stake to the Member's Wallet Balance.

SMB888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email, on-site notification, or both, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international iGaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which SMB888 is duly registered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
